Case Study
Norwich City Football Club.
Masterplanning, Strategic Development Consultancy, Agency, Project Management and Funding, for the redevelopment of a 13 acre Stadium, to provide 2 New Stands (8,000 + 1,500 seats taking capacity up to 26,000), 330 Residential riverside apartments in partnership with Taylor Wimpey, a 150 bedroomed 4* core brand Holiday Inn Hotel, 401 space decked Car Park, Affordable Housing, Multi Use Games Area and Public Open Space, high class Offices and ancillary facilities within the new Stands.
In addition, the acquisition of a further Phase 2 (6.5 acres) adjoining the Stadium site, to include the procurement of planning for a further 400 Residential units and Loft Appartments, specialist Retail, together with Riverside Walkway.
This project in which we had full Executive responsibility throughout, commenced in January 2000, and is programmed to continue with development over the next 5 years, with an estimated gross development value upon completion in excess of £200 million.
